Our Trucks
Kan Management strategically purchased smaller garbage trucks to simplify movement throughout tight quarters, such as commercial businesses, the downtown core, apartment buildings and condo complex parking lots.
Smaller vehicles are more practical to service areas that rely on garbage rooms or sheds to store their waste. Our trucks allow us to operate quickly and efficiently, but most importantly, they help us operate safely amidst your tenants, employees and their vehicles.

We have worked in this industry since 2000 for some of the largest waste management companies in the country. From the start, we’ve always worked clean and efficiently. Working residential curbside routes of up to 1400 stops per day, we always put in the extra effort to leave our areas spotless.
